It does not matter if one lives in a flat or a modular house, a critical point to consider is if having a person to live with is beneficial. A person might discover there is less work to do around the living space if it is portioned out with another. Most people find it scary to reside solo, but with a companion, there is a person that is always there. Generally, the customary reason to live with someone else is to cut down on expenses.
